Vision + Vessel™ is a Christian lifestyle studio — built on the Word of God and the name of Jesus Christ. Not a meditation space, not an interfaith community, not a "grounding" experience. Jesus is the foundation. The Bible is the blueprint. The Holy Spirit is welcome here.
Think of V+V as your spiritual training plan. Some days you need strength training — deep in the Word, building discipline, getting your foundation right. Some days you need cardio — moving, showing up, staying consistent when life is loud. And some days you just need to stretch — breathe, laugh with your girls, be a whole person who loves God and still knows how to have fun. Vision + Vessel has a session for all of it. Because your walk with Christ isn't supposed to be serious all the time — it's supposed to be real. And real includes joy.

You show up with your Bible, your journal, and your week. You leave with a God-ordered plan — not a to-do list. Every session opens and closes in prayer. Scripture anchors the whole thing. This is where discipline gets built.
Monthly Workshop
Your monthly deep dive. Faith. Finances. Purpose. Mental health from a biblical lens. Entrepreneurship. Relationships. Every month a different topic — real teaching, real tools, rooted in the Word. This is where knowledge gets built into practice. Where we do the real work.
Sister Circle
Come in. Catch your breath with your people. Real talk — no performance, no Instagram version of your life. Women show up midweek to recharge, share what God is doing, hold each other accountable, and pray for each other by name. The Locker Room is where strangers become sisters.
Prayer Brunch
Food, fellowship, and real prayer in the same room. You wouldn't skip the post-workout meal. Don't skip this. Come hungry — for good food and for God.
Girls Night Out
No agenda. No program. Just Christian women in a beautiful space — laughing, unwinding, and getting to know each other. Living for God doesn't mean life can't be fun.

Cut the images. Build the board. But before anyone picks up a pair of scissors — you write down what God said. What He's called you to. What you're running toward. The board follows the Word, not the other way around.

Before the studio. Before the vision.
There was just a woman and a God who wouldn't let her quit.
I came into this world at 1 lb 13 oz. Premature. Always the smallest in the room. But God had something to say about that from the very beginning — and He has been saying it ever since.
I have walked through seasons that would have stopped a lot of people. Seasons of loss, of starting over, of carrying things nobody else could see. Seasons where I showed up to church on Sunday and left still hungry — consistent with everything on the outside, but watching my prayer life get pushed to the back burner week after week.
I went looking for a space that could hold all of it — and bring it before God. Not another church. Not a wellness studio with a Bible verse on the wall. Not a new age space. Something real, Christ-centered, and built for the woman who is carrying a lot and still wants more of God in the middle of it.
That space didn't exist. So I built it.
Today I am one semester away from my doctorate. A business owner. A soldier transitioning out of active duty and stepping into the next chapter. I have the organization. I have the planning skills. I have the strategy — God made sure of that.
But I want to be honest with you — I am not 100 percent. I am not standing here with everything figured out. I am standing here moving. Trusting God with every step I cannot fully see yet. And I have learned that moving in faith is always better than waiting for certainty that never comes.
Vision + Vessel is what stepping out in unfamiliar territory looks like in real time. I am not building this from a place of having arrived. I am building this from a place of obedience — because God gave me the vision and I am not qualified to ignore it.
And somehow — that is exactly what this community needs. Not a perfect founder. A real one.

When you build what God tells you to build, you stop running on empty. I am expecting a season where I finally have enough — enough time, enough peace, enough resources — to pour into others without depleting myself.

Everything I'm building is designed to outlast me. The studio, the community, the mission — none of it stops when I'm gone. That's the assignment.
Then I started talking to other women about the idea. And every single one said the same thing — "I've been praying for something like this to exist." That's when I knew this wasn't just for me. Vision + Vessel is what happens when a woman who came in at 1 lb 13 oz stops waiting for the room to exist and starts building it.

Is this a Christian space?
Yes — completely and unapologetically. Vision + Vessel is built on the Word of God and the name of Jesus Christ. If you're looking for something interfaith, universalist, or spiritually neutral, this is not the place. But if you want a dedicated Christian space, you're exactly who this is for.
Is this a church?
No. Vision + Vessel is not a church and is not a substitute for one. We actively encourage members to be plugged into a local church. We are a Christian lifestyle studio — a place to build discipline and consistency in your personal walk with God outside of Sunday service.
Is this a new age, meditation, or "grounding" space?
Absolutely not. There is no crystals, chakras, manifesting, or "energy" work here. We don't do breathwork as a spiritual practice, and we are not a wellness studio. This space is founded on Jesus Christ — prayer, Scripture, and the Holy Spirit. That's it.
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. Vision + Vessel is not a mental health facility or counseling center. While spending time in God's Word is strengthening, we are not therapists and do not provide clinical services. We always encourage seeking professional help when needed.
Can I bring friends for Bible study or prayer?
Yes — members can reserve designated time for small group Bible study or prayer gatherings. All group time operates under studio guidelines to protect the environment and culture of the space.
Are the Presence Suites private?
Yes. Each suite is an enclosed private room with frosted glass — just you, your Bible, and God. Reserved in 30–60 minute blocks. No one else in the room with you.
When does Vision + Vessel open?
We're in the build phase right now, raising funds and finalizing our location in PG/Charles County, MD. Members are first to know everything — location, opening date, and launch events.
Is Vision + Vessel a replacement for my church?
Absolutely not — and we want to be clear about that. V+V is designed to complement your church, not compete with it. We call it "the space between Sundays." Your church is your spiritual home and covering. V+V is where you come to build the consistency and discipline that makes you show up to church more prepared, more rooted, and more ready to receive. We're closed on Sundays on purpose — go be with your church family.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens — we get it. All live Zoom sessions are recorded and posted in the private community within 24 hours so you can catch the replay at your own pace. The monthly downloadable resource is always available in the community too. Missing a session doesn't mean missing the value. That said, we always encourage you to show up live when you can — the community experience is different in real time.
I'm not in the DMV — can I still join?
Yes — the virtual membership is available everywhere. Women from across the country are already members. The virtual membership gives you full access to all live Zoom sessions, the private community, weekly Scripture drops, and monthly resources — no zip code required. When the physical studio opens in PG/Charles County, virtual members get the studio opening announcement, event invites, and can upgrade to any physical tier when the doors open.
