The Spiritual Gym for Women of Faith

TRAIN
YOUR
SPIRIT.

Build the vessel God is calling you to become.

You’ve been carrying the vision. The calling. The dream. But who’s been strengthening you?

Vision + Vessel is where Christian women come to train intentionally — in faith, mindset, purpose, and stewardship.

Fells.

For years, I was doing all the things. Military career. Advanced degrees. Raising a daughter. Leading. Achieving. From the outside, everything looked successful.

Internally, I was running on empty. I had the vision. I just didn’t have a vessel strong enough to carry it.

“Vision is what God placed inside you. The Vessel is who you’re becoming to carry it.”

Vision + Vessel exists because purpose requires preparation. Just like we train our bodies, we have to intentionally strengthen our faith, mindset, habits, and stewardship.

This is the gym I wish I had.

I have a consistent prayer life — not perfect, but intentional. I come to God regularly, not just when things fall apart.
Faith & Prayer
When I pray, I'm honest. I don't perform or use filler words. I actually talk to God about what's really going on.
Faith & Prayer
I can describe, with some clarity, what God is calling me to in this season — even if I can't see the full picture.
Clarity & Vision
The decisions I'm making right now are moving me toward that calling — not away from it or in circles around it.
Clarity & Vision
I have daily or weekly habits that actually feed my spiritual growth — not just good intentions that never stick.
Habits & Discipline
When life gets hard or busy, my spiritual practices are the last things to go — not the first.
Habits & Discipline
I have at least one person who knows where I'm trying to go — spiritually and personally — and checks on my progress.
Community & Accountability
The people closest to me make it easier, not harder, to walk in faith and pursue what God has called me to.
Community & Accountability
I give myself permission to slow down and be refilled — without guilt, without calling it laziness, without needing to earn it first.
Rest & Renewal
My capacity to pour into others and my commitments is being maintained — I'm not running on empty and pretending I'm fine.
